DJ hire in Gateshead
Gateshead is home, so you get a local DJ who knows the venues, the crowds and the music the North East loves. I've provided DJ hire in Gateshead for more than 13 years, playing weddings, birthdays and parties from Low Fell to Whickham, Birtley and Blaydon.
What I play in Gateshead
- Weddings in hotels, halls and marquees
- Birthday parties, including 18ths and 21sts
- Social club nights, christenings and family celebrations
- Karaoke and themed parties
Planning your Gateshead party
Whether it's a christening at the local club or a 50th in a hotel function room, the planning is simple. Send me the date and venue, then we'll talk through the music, any special songs and the timings for food and speeches. I'll bring everything needed, from speakers and lighting to a microphone for toasts, and I'll be set up and tested before your first guests walk in.
Why book a local DJ?
Being on the doorstep means I can arrive early, set up calmly and be flexible on timings. I already know many of the function rooms and clubs in the borough, including where to set up and how the evening usually runs.
Fully insured and PAT tested
Public liability insurance up to £10 million and PAT-tested equipment as standard, with certificates sent to your venue whenever they're needed.
Areas of Gateshead I cover
Low Fell, Whickham, Birtley, Felling, Ryton, Blaydon, Dunston and the town centre, plus nearby Newcastle and County Durham.
Every booking includes professional sound and lighting, and you can add extras like uplighting. Planning a party in Gateshead? Check your date and I'll come back to you with availability and a price, usually the same day.
