I'm DJ Micky, a mobile DJ based in Gateshead and Newcastle. If you're searching for DJ hire North East, you'll be dealing with the person who actually plays at your event. No agency. No handing your date to someone else.
DJ hire North East from one DJ you can get to know
I've been DJing for 16+ years. When you book me, you speak to me from your first message to your last song. That keeps things simple and friendly. You tell me what you're after, and I plan around it.
Here is what you get:
- One DJ, no agency. I'm the one you talk to and the one who turns up.
- £10 million public liability insurance. Handy if your venue asks to see it.
- PAT tested equipment. My kit is tested and ready to go.
- 16+ years of experience. I know how to read a room and keep people enjoying themselves.
What I can DJ for
I play at all sorts of events. Here are the main ones:
- Wedding DJ for your ceremony music, first dance and evening party
- Party DJ for birthdays and get-togethers
- 18th and 21st birthday parties
- Karaoke DJ for a night where everyone gets a go
- Themed party DJ
- Rave and bounce DJ
Weddings are a big part of what I do. The first dance is a special moment, and I'll make sure the music and timing suit you both. Tell me the song and how you'd like it introduced, and I'll sort the rest.
Where I work across the North East
I'm based in Gateshead and Newcastle, so those are the places I know best. I also have pages for other parts of the region:
If your event is somewhere else in the North East, just ask. I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.
How to get started
Getting in touch is easy. Tell me the date, the type of event and roughly where it is. I'll let you know if I'm free and talk you through the next steps. If you'd rather chat, you can ring me on 07598 095355.
Popular dates can go early, so it's worth asking sooner rather than later. Check your date and let's get your event sorted.
